About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Windows / VMware Administrator with 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing virtualized environments and Windows servers. You’ll play a key role in maintaining system stability, performance and security across our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022)
- Manage and administer VMware ESXi/ vSphere infrastructure
- Monitor system performance, availability and resource utilization
- Perform regular backups, patching, and updates across servers and virtual machines
- Troubleshoot system issues, hardware failures and network connectivity problems
- Manage user accounts, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policies
- Maintain documentation, support logs and infrastructure diagrams
- Ensure system security, compliance and best practices are followed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Windows Server and VMware administration
- Proficient in VMware vSphere/ESXi, vCenter and virtual machine management
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy
- Experience with system monitoring, backup solutions and patch management tools
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting is a plus
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and storage technologies
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and documentation skills
- Certifications like MCSA, VMware VCP or CompTIA Server+ are a plus
