About the Role:
We are hiring a proactive and customer-focused Microsoft 365 Support Engineer to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the Microsoft 365 platform. With 2+ years of experience, you’ll work closely with users and IT teams to resolve issues, optimize usage and enhance collaboration using modern workplace tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 & 2 support for Microsoft 365 services: Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Exchange Online
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email delivery, user access, security and collaboration tools
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Exchange Admin Center
- Assist with user onboarding/offboarding, license assignments and mailbox configurations
- Monitor service health and respond to alerts or incidents
- Educate and guide users on best practices and Microsoft 365 features
- Collaborate with engineering or vendor teams on escalated issues
- Document solutions, support procedures and knowledge base articles
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 / Office 365 environments
- Strong knowledge of Outlook, Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and OneDrive
- Experience using Microsoft 365 Admin Center and handling user and group management
- Basic understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD and PowerShell scripting
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication and interpersonal skills
- Microsoft certifications (MS-900, MD-102 or equivalent) are a plus
