About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Microsoft 365 Developer with 2+ years of experience to design, develop and enhance business solutions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You will work on modern workplace tools like SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps and Teams to help streamline processes and improve collaboration across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop custom applications and workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate
- Build and customize SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries and web parts
- Integrate Microsoft 365 services like Teams, Outlook, Planner and OneDrive
- Automate business processes and improve user productivity using Microsoft 365 tools
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure security and compliance of solutions
- Maintain technical documentation and provide user training where necessary
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 development
- Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and SharePoint Online
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, PowerShell or SPFx is a plus
- Understanding of Microsoft Graph API and Azure AD integrations is preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams app development is a bonus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and collaboration abilities
