About the Role:
We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic MERN Stack Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you’ll be building modern, high-performance web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js and Node.js. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack
- Build reusable React components and front-end libraries for future use
- Create RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services
- Work with MongoDB for database modeling, queries and performance tuning
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers and QA engineers
- Debug, test, and document code and participate in code reviews
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a MERN Stack or Full Stack Developer
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js and MongoDB
- Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON and AJAX
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and responsive design frameworks
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git
- Experience with deployment tools (e.g., Heroku, AWS, Vercel) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and team collaboration skills
