About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and skilled Linux Administrator with 2+ years of experience to manage, maintain, and secure our Linux-based systems. You’ll play a key role in ensuring system performance, reliability, and availability across production and development environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and manage Linux servers (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL)
- Monitor system health, performance and logs using tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or Prometheus
- Perform routine backups, updates and patching to ensure system security and stability
- Manage users, permissions, file systems, cron jobs and network configurations
- Troubleshoot server and OS-related issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Automate tasks and improve processes using Shell scripting or Python
- Ensure system hardening and compliance with security best practices
- Document procedures and assist with disaster recovery planning
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Linux systems administration
- Strong understanding of Linux OS, file systems, boot process and command-line tools
- Experience with server hardening, firewalls (iptables, firewalld) and SELinux/AppArmor
- Hands-on experience with scripting (Bash, Python, etc.)
- Knowledge of web servers (Apache/Nginx), databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and DNS services
- Familiarity with virtualization or cloud platforms (VMware, AWS, Azure) is a plus
- Good troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills
- Certifications like RHCSA, RHCE or Linux+ are a plus
