About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused IT Support Engineer with 2+ years of experience to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth daily operations across systems, hardware, and software platforms. You will be the first point of contact for end-user support, system issues, and tech troubleshooting — helping the business stay connected and productive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 & 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and office tools
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft 365, and network connectivity
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals
  • Manage user accounts, passwords, and access rights in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
  • Set up and support video conferencing, VPN, and remote access tools
  • Ensure timely response to IT support tickets and document resolutions
  • Assist in IT asset management, patching, and inventory tracking
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level engineers and follow up until resolution

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
  • Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, printers, and remote support tools
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools (like ServiceNow, Freshservice, or Jira)
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
  • Certification such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft MD-102, or ITIL Foundation is a plus
