About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented ServiceNow Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for managing, configuring and optimizing our ServiceNow platform to support key business processes and drive automation. Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its availability, performance and functionality.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications/modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB and Service Catalog.
- Manage user roles, groups, access controls (ACLs) and workflows.
- Develop and maintain forms, reports, dashboards and performance analytics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Perform regular platform upgrades, patching and troubleshooting.
- Monitor system integrations and APIs for seamless connectivity with third-party applications.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with ITIL standards and company policies.
- Train users and create documentation to promote self-service and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.
- Strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), Business Rules, Client Scripts and UI Policies.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow modules like CMDB, Asset, Discovery and HRSD is a plus.
- ServiceNow Administrator Certification (CSA) is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and documentation skills.
